Long Island is my home and subject matter for inspiration in all my work. As a young child, I was encouraged, by my mother, to draw and paint. I went on to take every art related class offered in High School. I attended SUNY New Paltz with a Summer at the Universite’ de la Cite’ in Paris traveling through Europe to see the “Old Masters”. After graduation, I taught art on the High School level and took Master Classes at Pratt Institute. I’ve worked in most 2-D media and started using watercolor in 2012, for local scenes. I also paint personal and religious paintings in acrylic on canvas. My watercolor paintings are Giclée Printed on Cold Press Bright Watercolor Art Paper with archival pigment inks that are guaranteed not to fade over time. Each frame is handcrafted by a master framer with over 30 years of experience, and ships right to your door ready to hang.
